This fall, the Trans Mountain Pipeline maintenance clearing was very thorough, cutting down some fairly large alders behind the high school in West Munday Creek ravine. Salmon return to Yorkson Creek

It’s our favourite time of year when the salmon make it back to spawn in our beautiful creek! Volunteers counted 170 wild coho on Nov. 11. in the section of Yorkson Creek from 93rd Ave to 80th Ave. This is the best return we’ve seen on one day!
